Shuffle into the Deck, from your hand, field, or Graveyard, the Fusion Material Monster that are listed on an "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster that lists "Elemental HERO Neos" as a Fusion Material, then Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

Now, this card is obviously only feasible in a Neo-Spacian deck (or, an Elemental HERO Neos Knight deck). This card is spectacular at bringing out the Neos Fusions, particularly stars like Elemental HERO Aqua Neos and Elemental HERO Glow Neos, who had cool, powerful effects but never saw use because of their harsh summon requirements. Miracle Contact has the largest range of all Fusion cards (tying with Cyberdark Impact!), allowing you to use your hand, Deck, and Graveyard to garner materials. This means dead draws can be taken care of, or you can build from your Grave without losing advantage.
Of course, Miracle Contact doesn't relieve the drawback effect of the Neos Fusions, with their effect of returning to the Extra Deck at the End Phase. This can be remedied though by using cards like Instant Neo Space or Contact Out. Also, you can summon 1 of the "Triple Contact Fusions", which have effects that'll activate upon their leaving the field. Elemental HERO Magma Neos has a very powerful effect to overpower nearly every monster and return your opponent's cards once he goes.
Miracle Contact has a lot of fun with Convert Contact, as the two can be used interchangeably. Convert can fuel Miracle Contact by sending Neo-Spacians to the Grave quickly, letting you draw, and then you can use Miracle Contact. Adversely, Miracle can put back Neo-Spacians in the Deck to be sent by Convert.
Suffice to say, Miracle Contact is a very welcome card in REDU. Yes, it's not the greatest card ever, but it supports an otherwise-dead archetype greatly and, in itself, is one of the most powerful Fusion cards.
Usability: 9/10, excellent, though returning to the Deck is what hurt Neos decks in the first place
Art: 8/10, great art like in the anime. Wish Neos' head was more visible.
