You would have to use a deck specifically forcing your opponent to draw cards to expect this card to be playable (most likely a Greed deck using Bistro Butcher and Sasuke Samurai #3).

Yeah obviously only good in a heavy force draw deck. Maybe appropriate based? Either way got to build the deck for this card. The only way.

3/5 cause the cards are being added back to the deck so blah, but at least they aren't being discarded.
