Double Attack
Group: Spell Card
Type: Spell
Discard 1 Monster Card from your hand to the Graveyard. Select 1 monster on your side of the field with a lower Level than the discarded monster. The selected monster can attack twice this turn.

Notable Rulings:

-Discarding a monster for "Double Attack" is a cost. This effect targets.

-If you use "Cost Down" so that your "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" in your hand is Level 6, then you cannot discard it to activate "Double Attack" and target your Level 7 "Dark Magician" on the field.

-If you use "Double Attack" on a monster such as "Twinheaded Beast" it still only gets two attacks, not three.

-You cannot discard a Level 1 monster for "Double Attack".

Hmm... since XYZ monsters don't have a level, can you now discard a level 1 monster... probably not.

I just thought up of something. This would work nicely with Injection Fairy Lily especially if the field is clear.

Have fun paying all those life points.  You could just drop a super strong boss monster while you have a card with a high lv in hand that is decent in many decks like Tragoedia.

i used to think this card was so blah. now it's so.... uhh I don't have monsters high enough level in my hand while a strong lower level monster is on the field.... so ehh...

3/5 cause you do need to keep a few high level monsters and somehow make some lower level monster really worth attacking multiple times with.

I can see myself using this in a gemini deck. EVOCATOR CHEVALIER epuiped with SUPERVISE, use DOUBLE ATTACK to discard PHOENIX GEARFRIED, DARKSTORM DRAGON OR CHITHONIAN EMPEROR DRAGON and use EVOCATAR CHEVALIER's effect to pop a monster which in turn SUPERVISE summons one of the said boss gemini monsters from the graveyard.
