I like it. Nice quick way to get that fusion spell. Decent defense for a flip effect monster. Looks a lot like another cool turtle....also made out of a "gem".

4/5 cause its simple.

...Ahem.
Do I have to mention how broken and important Gem-Fusion is? Well, it's just slightly more than "a huge ton". Still, even with a great body this card used to be only decent, but then Zirconia bumped this card's power tenfold. If this card survives, you're a Gem-Knight away to drop a 2900 ATK beater.

Sadly, Zirconia isn't TCG legal yet. Nothing stops you from getting a Xyz tho. Also, he's Armadillo's best friend.

Ive wanted to mess with gem knights for a while now but just haven't bothered reading 90% of them :P  I knew this guy was a staple for them though b/c his effect makes him one of the best opening draws for the deck since it thins your deck by 1 while getting your key card (at least one of the key cards) to your hand.

He's actually not too big of a staple. Memory serves, I only run 1 in mine, since you really only need 1 Gem-Knight Fusion.

Well, IMO Turtle is better because you can use him to Fuse Zirconia, while multiples of Fusion just end up dead (and running 1 copy of Fusion/not running various ways of fetching it is just insane). But again, Zirconia isn't TCG legal yet. :(

Oh I just read the fusion card and see you can get it back to hand from the gy pretty easily so wasn't aware of that.  Regardless this guy's a good support to run in the deck even if you aren't maining 3.
