Do IP Duels or Server Duels still work with YVD? And if not, is there any chance that someone would geti t working again?

I've been hoping to use it with some friends to do custom card duels again, but I was having trouble connecting. If YVD doesn't work, anybody know good places to play w/ custom cards?

You might be better off moving to Cockatrice. It's more configured to Magic, but it could be configured to play YGO pretty easily.

I mean.... the ip part should work fine. The server part is... questionable. The reason I the ip should work is because you're just connecting directly to each other via ip address.
