Welcome to the weekly create-a-card contest!
Congratulations to Yami Stomach, who won the contest on 03/06 with Ritual of Synchronization! A generic ritual spell card that mixes Ritual Summon and Synchro Summon, reminding us of both Advanced Ritual Art and Metamorphosis!
Everyone who participated will receive 1 x Pre-Synchro Era pack as thanks for participating. For winning this contest, Yami Stomach will instead receive his choice of 3 x Pre-Synchro Era or 1 x Pre-Xyz Era packs.
The Giving Tree
EARTH Level 7 Plant/Effect 0/3000
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by controlling a Level 1 monster with 0 ATK and no other cards, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You cannot Summon or Set monsters. Monsters you control are unaffected by card effects you control, except "The Giving Tree". Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can target 1 other monster you control; this card loses 2 Levels and 1000 DEF, and if it does, the targeted monster gains 2 Levels and 1000 ATK. During your opponent's End Phase, if this card is Level 1 with 0 DEF and you control a Level 7 monster with 3000 or more ATK, you win the Duel.
LIGHT Level 7 Fairy/Effect 2000/1300
You can Special Summon this card (from your hand) by Tributing 1 face-up Fairy-Type monster that was not Summoned during this turn. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls; switch that card to Defense Position. When this card attacks; this card gains 300 ATK for each other face-up monster you control until the end of the Damage Step.
WATER - Level 1
When this card is sent to the Graveyard: You take no damage from card effects until your next Standby Phase. When your opponent declares a direct attack: You can banish this card from the Graveyard; end the Battle Phase.
When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand.
Trap - Counter
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: Send 1 Trap card from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard with the same name as a monster you control; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
FLIP: Shuffle all face-up cards on the field into the Deck, then both players draw 1 card for each face-down card their opponent controls. You cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect.

Discard a card; during your second Standby Phase after activation, draw three cards.
Destruction Virus Dragon
Must be Special Summoned with "The Fang of Critias", using "Virus Cannon", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card is unaffected by Spell effects. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can declare 1 card name; banish all cards with that name from your opponent's hand, Deck and Graveyard.
During damage calculation, in either player's turn, when an "Amazoness" monster you control attacks or is attacked: You can discard 1 "Amazoness" card and send this card from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard; this turn, that monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle or monster effects, and it gains 200 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "Amazoness Ancestra" once per turn. During damage calculation, in either player's turn, when an "Amazoness" monster you control attacks or is attacked: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; you take no battle damage from that battle (this is a Quick Effect).

When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Scrap" monster from your hand. During your Main Phase: You can target 1 "Scrap" monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position, and if you do, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card or destroy 1 "Scrap" monster you control. You can only activate this effect of "Scrap Hydra" once per turn. When this card is destroyed by an opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): Target up to 3 "Scrap" monsters in your Graveyard, except "Scrap Hydra"; return them to the Deck.
Thief's Tool Kit
Spell - Equip
Equip only to "Great Phantom Thief". It can attack your opponent directly. If the equipped monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn: You can declare 1 card name; if that card is in your opponent's hand, add 1 copy of it from their hand to your hand, otherwise you lose 1000 LP.

Spell - Quick-Play
During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated: Target 1 monster that is in your Graveyard because it was sent there from the field this turn; Special Summon that monster, then you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.
WATER - Level 8
2 non-Effect Fusion Monsters
A player who doesn't control a non-Effect Monster cannot activate Effect Monster effects. When your opponent summons 1 monster: target 1 Normal Monster you control; destroy the Summoned monster if its ATK is higher than that target's ATK.
If you control "Umi": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. Once per turn, if you control "Umi": You can target 1 card your opponent controls; toss a coin 3 times and destroy it if at least 2 of the results are the same. In addition, if all of the results are the same: Your opponent discards 1 card. If you control "Tornado Wall": This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

Stomach The MachoPony
When a monster is fusion summoned using "Polymerization", target 1 of the fusion material monsters: special summon a monster from your deck with equal or fewer ATK.
As long as "Polymerization" remains in your graveyard, Face-up Fusion monsters you control cannot be destroyed by Card Effects. When this card is Destroyed, target one "Polymerization in your graveyard": add it to your hand and if you do, target one monster in your graveyard and special summon it.
Oya, Goddess of the Storm
WIND - Level 7
You can Ritual Summon this card with "Rain Dance". Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a monster effect is activated: You can negate the activation and return that monster to the Deck.
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Oya, Goddess of the Storm". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 7 or more. During your Main Phase, if your opponent controls more cards than you: You can banish this card from the Graveyard to target 1 monster you control; it gains 500 ATK.
Pelkot, the Des Juggler
ATK: 0 DEF: 1000
If this card is Normal Summoned: Place 4 Chainsaw Counters on it. This card gains 600 ATK for each Chainsaw Counter on it. Once per turn: You can remove up to 2 counters from anywhere on the field; place that many Chainsaw Counters on this card. After damage calculation, if this card attacked: Remove 1 Chainsaw Counter from this card.

This Week's Contenders
Last week's theme was to retrain Neos Wiseman.
Puppetmaster Neos Wiseman
You can discard 1 "Elemental HERO Neos" or 1 "Yubel" monster; Special Summon this card from your hand. Cannot be destroyed by battle. Banish any monster that battles with this card at the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn, during your opponent's Battle Phase: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls that hasn't battled this turn, and 1 monster you control; your opponent's target attacks your target. During the End Phase, if your opponent did not enter their Battle Phase this turn: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the total original ATK of all face-up monsters you control.
Urgh, really limited criterias suck, and I honestly don't feel Neos Wiseman in particular is bad enough to be needing this sort of treatment, you do kinda get a decent reward for the only marginally difficult investment... But...
Let's go with the most literal interpretation of this, shall we?
Ultimate Divine Neos Wiseman (you try incorporating Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare and Elemental HERO Divine Neos's names).
"Yubel - The Ultimate Nightmare" + 1 "Neos" Fusion monster
Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by Tributing the above cards you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. This card is unaffected by other cards' effects. This card gains these effects, based on the original Level of the "Neos" Fusion monster you Tributed to Special Summon it.
● 7+: At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster it battled, and you gain Life Points equal to that monster's DEF.
● 8+: This card cannot be Tributed, and cannot be used as a Fusion, Synchro or Xyz Material for a Summon.
● 9+: Once per turn: You can return all Spell/Trap cards on the field to the hand. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation.
● 10+: This card cannot be destroyed by battle. After damage calculation: Banish any opponent's monster that battles this card.
● 12: Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from your Graveyard; this card gains 500 ATK and the banished monster's effects.
Note that the Levels correspond to the Levels of the various "Neos" cards, and the effects roughly do also, aside from the basic 7+, which comes from Neos Wiseman, and the 8+, because Elemental HERO Marine Neos is the only Level 8 "Neos" monster, and thus kinda limiting. (Though the unique fact about him is his staying on the field without Neo Space, so I felt an effect that makes it slightly more likely to stay on the field made sense. Plus I didn't want anything especially useful for that "milestone".)
Neos Wiseman of Doom
Light/ lvl 12
Cannot be normal summoned or set. Must first be special summoned from your hand or graveyard by banishing both 1 "Yubel" monster and 1 "Neos" monster from your hand, field, and/or graveyard. The special summon of this monster can not be negated. This card is uneffected by other card effects the turn it is summoned. This card can not be tributed. When this card is destroyed by your opponent's card (either by battle or card effect) inflict 1500 damage to your opponent's LP.
Neos Wiseman - The Nightmare
Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Neos" monster and 1 "Yubel" monster from your hand and/or face-up from your side of the field. When this card is Special Summoned: Destroy all other cards on the field. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's card effects. At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster it battled, and you gain that many LP. During your End Phase: Destroy all other face-up cards on the field.

Elemental HERO Collapsed Fusion

Must first be Fusion Sumoned. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card and target one Monster in your graveyard. Until the End Phase of this turn, you can use that monster's effect(s) as this monster's effect(s). At the end of the Damage Step, if this card battled an opponent's monster; You can destroy all other cards on the field. Then, gain Life Points equal to the number of destroyed cards x 1000.
There we go. Pretty bland, I know, but I'm a rather bland guy.
Chaos Neos WisemanLIGHT Level 10 Spellcaster/Effect 3000/3000Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 2 face-up Level 7 or higher monsters (1 DARK and 1 LIGHT) and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This face-up card cannot be destroyed. Once per turn, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of that monster, then gain LP equal to the damage inflicted. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.Yeah, it's just Neos Wiseman with easier requirements and slightly more powerful effects. I'm drunk and lazy. Suck it.
Neos Wiseman Argent
Light / Spellcaster / Level 10 / Fusion
1 "Neos" Fusion monster + 1 "Yubel" monster
3000 ATK / 3000 DEF
Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways (You do not use "Polymerization".)
Increase this card's ATK by 100 x the original level of the "Neos" monster used to Fusion Summon this card. This card can't be the target and can't be destroyed by card effects. When this card battles a monster, its effects are negated, then if it isn't destroyed by that battle, its ATK and DEF become 0, and increase your Life Points equal to that monster's original ATK or DEF, whichever is the highest. If this card leaves the field due to an opponent's card effect, or is destroyed through battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to 200 x the original level of the "Yubel" monster used to Fusion Summon this card.
LIGHT - Rank 10
2 Level 10 monsters
Cannot be destroyed by card effects while this card has Xyz Materials. Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls; destroy that target, then inflict damage to your opponent equal the ATK of the destroyed monster and you gain that amount of LP. This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect, except if this card has "Yubel" as an Xyz Material. When this card leaves the field: Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO Neos" from your hand, Deck or Graveyard.

Remember Senet Switch and Alien Infiltrator? Cards like those use the rule which doesn't allow the players move a card in the field to another unoccupied Card Zone freely: we only are allowed to do it by card effects.
