Welcome to the weekly create-a-card contest!
Congratulations to Jesse, who won the contest on 12/28 with Indebted! A 0/0 ATK/DEF monster? What use is that? As its name suggests, if you spend resources on it by boosting its ATK so that it can inflict damage, it thanks you by allowing you to draw a full suite of cards.
Everyone who participated will receive 1 x Pre-Synchro Era pack as thanks for participating. For winning this contest, Jesse, you will instead receive your choice of 3 x Pre-Synchro Era or 1 x Pre-Xyz Era packs.
When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent: You can draw cards until you have 5 cards in your hand.
Trap - Counter
When a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, is activated: Send 1 Trap card from your hand or Deck to the Graveyard with the same name as a monster you control; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it.
FLIP: Shuffle all face-up cards on the field into the Deck, then both players draw 1 card for each face-down card their opponent controls. You cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect.

Destruction Virus Dragon
Must be Special Summoned with "The Fang of Critias", using "Virus Cannon", and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card is unaffected by Spell effects. When this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can declare 1 card name; banish all cards with that name from your opponent's hand, Deck and Graveyard.
During damage calculation, in either player's turn, when an "Amazoness" monster you control attacks or is attacked: You can discard 1 "Amazoness" card and send this card from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard; this turn, that monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle or monster effects, and it gains 200 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "Amazoness Ancestra" once per turn. During damage calculation, in either player's turn, when an "Amazoness" monster you control attacks or is attacked: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; you take no battle damage from that battle (this is a Quick Effect).

When this card is Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Scrap" monster from your hand. During your Main Phase: You can target 1 "Scrap" monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon it in face-up Defense Position, and if you do, detach 1 Xyz Material from this card or destroy 1 "Scrap" monster you control. You can only activate this effect of "Scrap Hydra" once per turn. When this card is destroyed by an opponent's card (either by battle or by card effect): Target up to 3 "Scrap" monsters in your Graveyard, except "Scrap Hydra"; return them to the Deck.
Thief's Tool Kit
Spell - Equip
Equip only to "Great Phantom Thief". It can attack your opponent directly. If the equipped monster attacks, your opponent cannot activate any Spell/Trap Cards until the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn: You can declare 1 card name; if that card is in your opponent's hand, add 1 copy of it from their hand to your hand, otherwise you lose 1000 LP.

During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated: Target 1 monster that is in your Graveyard because it was sent there from the field this turn; Special Summon that monster, then you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls.

2 non-Effect Fusion Monsters
A player who doesn't control a non-Effect Monster cannot activate Effect Monster effects. When your opponent summons 1 monster: target 1 Normal Monster you control; destroy the Summoned monster if its ATK is higher than that target's ATK.
If you control "Umi": You can Special Summon this card from your hand. This card cannot attack the turn it is Special Summoned. Once per turn, if you control "Umi": You can target 1 card your opponent controls; toss a coin 3 times and destroy it if at least 2 of the results are the same. In addition, if all of the results are the same: Your opponent discards 1 card. If you control "Tornado Wall": This card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects.

Stomach The MachoPony
When a monster is fusion summoned using "Polymerization", target 1 of the fusion material monsters: special summon a monster from your deck with equal or fewer ATK.
As long as "Polymerization" remains in your graveyard, Face-up Fusion monsters you control cannot be destroyed by Card Effects. When this card is Destroyed, target one "Polymerization in your graveyard": add it to your hand and if you do, target one monster in your graveyard and special summon it.
Oya, Goddess of the Storm

You can Ritual Summon this card with "Rain Dance". Once per turn, during either player's turn, when a monster effect is activated: You can negate the activation and return that monster to the Deck.
This card is used to Ritual Summon "Oya, Goddess of the Storm". You must also Tribute monsters from your hand or field whose total Levels equal 7 or more. During your Main Phase, if your opponent controls more cards than you: You can banish this card from the Graveyard to target 1 monster you control; it gains 500 ATK.

If this card is Normal Summoned: Place 4 Chainsaw Counters on it. This card gains 600 ATK for each Chainsaw Counter on it. Once per turn: You can remove up to 2 counters from anywhere on the field; place that many Chainsaw Counters on this card. After damage calculation, if this card attacked: Remove 1 Chainsaw Counter from this card.

This Week's Contenders
Last week's theme, which had the most entries so far, was "Make a "Kuri" monster".
When your opponent activates a card that includes an effect to inflict effect damage, discard this card: negate the effect, destroy that card, and special summon 1 Kuriboh token. You can only use the effect of "Kuridoom" once per turn
LIGHT Lv 1
During either player's turn: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; add 1 Level 1 "Kuri" monster from your Deck to your hand, except "Rekuriator". When this card is Summoned: You can target 1 Level 1 "Kuri" monster in your Graveyard, except "Rekuriator"; Special Summon it, and if you do, return both it and this card to your hand at the end of the turn.
When an attack is declared involving a Machine-Type monster you control and an opponent's monster: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; until the end of this turn, that monster you control gains 400 ATK and DEF, and the effects of both monsters are negated.
During either player's damage step, when a monster you control battles: You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; until the end of this turn, that monster you control cannot be destroyed by battle and its effects are negated.
During either player's turn, except during the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, you can banish this card from your Graveyard to target 1 monster you control; until the end of this turn, that card cannot be targeted by card effects and its effects are negated.

Cannot be used as a Fusion Material Monster. A Fusion Summon of this card can only be done with the above Fusion Materials. You can Special Summon this monster (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards from your Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: Equip this card to a monster your opponent controls. During either player's turn: You can destroy the equipped monster, and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK the destroyed monster had on the field. During your opponent's turn, at damage calculation: You can banish 1 "Kuri" monster from your Graveyard; you take no battle damage from that battle (this is a Quick Effect). You can only use this effect of "Kuriboom" once per turn.

Must First be Special Summoned by tributing the above fusion material monsters (you do not use Polymerization). This Card gains the combined ATK points of all Fusion material monsters used for its summon. once per turn, during either player's turn, you can double this card's original ATK and if you do it returns to its original ATK during the end phase. you can Tribute this card to special summon "Kuri" monsters from your graveyard up to the number of fusion material monsters used for this card's summon.
This card cannot be destroyed by battle during the turn it is Summoned. Any battle damage this card inflicts to your opponent is halved. When your opponent declares a direct attack: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon this card from your hand in Defense Position, and if you do, all face-up Attack Position monsters your opponent controls must attack this card, if possible. When this card is attacked, it gains DEF equal to the ATK of the attacking monster at the end of the Damage Step. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up monster you control, except "Sponge Kuriboh"; halve this card's DEF (permanently), and if you do, add that lost DEF to that target's ATK, until the end of the turn.
WATER - Level 1
When this card is sent to the Graveyard: You take no damage from card effects until your next Standby Phase. When your opponent declares a direct attack: You can banish this card from the Graveyard; end the Battle Phase.
Activate only during a Main Phase after you have played "Detonate". For each "Kuriboh Token" you control, activate 1 of the following effects. You can only activate each effect once.
* Special Summon one Level 5 or higher Fiend or Spellcaster Monster from either player's Graveyard.
* Each Fiend or Spellcaster Monster you control gains 1000 ATK and DEF until the end of your opponent's next turn.
* Draw 1 card for each "Kuriboh Token" you control.
* Banish 1 card from your opponent's Hand for each "Kuriboh Token" you control.
* Add 1 "Kuri-" Monster from your Deck to your Hand for each "Kuriboh Token" you control.
There we go, and no, i meant Detonate and not Multiply. I'm not that terrible of a person.
When an opponent's monster declares a direct attack while this card is in your Graveyard: Special Summon this card from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position, and if you do, switch the attack target to this card, then proceed to damage calculation.

During your Main Phase or your opponent's Battle Phase: You can discard this card to target 2 Fiend-Type "Kuri" monsters in your Graveyard of the same name (except "Kurikuriboh"); add those cards to your hand. You can only use the effect of "Kurikuriboh" once per turn.
This week's theme, chosen by TheLaughingMan-JDS, is to take a card from any other card game and make it into a Yu-Gi-Oh! card, translating it the best you can to this game.
