Weekly Create-A-Card Contest!

 
Welcome to the weekly create-a-card contest!
Congratulations to TheLaughingMan-JDS, who won the contest on 12/13 with Dispersal Jar! This card punishes your opponent for controlling more cards than you, and allows you to compensate the lack of field advantage by increasing your hand advantage, while also being a very effective battle phaser ender.
For winning this contest, JDS, you may pick 3 packs from pre-synchro era or 1 pack from pre-xyz era to add to your collection. Everyone else who entered, as thanks for participating, you may each also pick 1 pack from pre-synchro era to add to your collection.

The Theme

 
This week's theme, chosen by Jesse (because he's confused), is to make a card that allows you to draw until you have 5 cards in your hand. The trick here is to balance the card so that it wouldn't go straight on the forbidden list. Yamata Dragon and Morphing Jar are a few examples - except Morphing Jar is banned.
Create a card that allows you to draw until you have 5 cards in your hand.

Draw of doom
Normal trap
Activate only if your opponent special summons a monster from their extra deck: draw until you have 5 cards in your hand, then banish 3 cards from the top of your deck. You can only activate 1 "Draw of Doom" per turn.

During either player's Main Phase, if your opponent controls 5 or more cards and you control no cards: You can discard this card; draw until you have 5 cards in your hand. During your End Phase, if this card is the only Monster Card in your Graveyard: Draw until you have 5 cards in your hand. You must control less cards than your opponent does to activate and resolve this effect. You can only use each effect of "Benevolent Reaper" once per turn.

Activate only when you have no other cards in your possession and there are more cards in your Graveyard than in your Deck: Draw until you have 5 cards in your hand, but it is now the End Phase and you cannot conduct your Draw Phase for the rest of the Duel.You can only activate "Last Draw" once per Duel.

Rough Weather of the Ice Barrier

Continuous Spell

Each turn, the first "Ice Barrier" monster you control that would be destroyed by battle is not destroyed. If you control 5 "Ice Barrier" monsters with different names: You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard; discard your hand and draw 5 cards. You can only activate this effect of "Rough Weather of the Ice Barrier" once per turn.

Spell

Draw until you have 5 cards in your hand, and if you do, send your entire hand to the Graveyard.

 

 

Probably one of the more plausible ones in this contest, but anything with this kind of effect should probably not happen. (There's a reason Card of Last Will is illegal and Card of Demise is no longer 5. ;p)
