That ruling makes absolutely no sense.  I'm not a huge Evilswarm fan, but read the card.  It doesn't have an activation.

Too bad that, just like other "Butterspy" cards, it kind of sucks. Still, new Butterspies would be far more interesting than new Heroics IMO.

Trivia: There was a poll some time ago in Japan to see which was the most popular from a list of the most relevant DM-era monsters (DMG and gods were not present in the list, tho). First place was BLS, which is why he's getting this retrain (Second was Blue-Eyes, which might explain that newest alternate art and/or the Structure, and third was the Dark Magician).

• Tragedy is autowin vs Ghostrick
  
• Current Bujin stuff is cool but overall sucks so nice to see more support for them.

What's that? A Beast-Warrior that pops Traps and make MX Saber at the same time? Why, isn't that just dandy? Guess it's time to wreck some faces with Koa'ki Meirus once again!

...as for Ghostricks, I absolutely love the art. Not sure about the actual Archetype tho. Having a monster that SSs itself, draws you cards and can be Recurred, plus their own Geargiarmor means they do have one nasty engine, but really so far they seem about as aggressive as Madolches... even less so actually. I can't possibly see them winning without House. Heck, I can even barely see them winning with House.

...not sure how that would help, Flip Rock / PACMAN usually goes for card advantage, and Ghostricks already have draw, toolboxing and Recurring Nightmare.
I do think they could be an interesting engine, but still not sure for what. :/

That was the first thing I thought too, and apparently so does Konami. Wikia lists one very different effect for House.
