There will be 1 new monster per set (at this point I was like yay), like the old Normal Monsters (still at the "yay" phase). But it will be VERY hard to get. (and then GOD DAMN IT, I HATE YOU!)

And eew, no Ultras? I generally prefer Ultra to Ultimate <though Super to both>

Still, increased set size is nice. (More reprints FTW, though more than 1 new card per set with this increased set size would have been nice... Would 3 have killed them?)

1 new monster per set? Could they be vanilla cards or Fusions of the old? Or actually good Effect Monsters? But then, that "very hard to get" thing... doesn't seems to be very viable to make actually good cards too rare.

IDK, that 1 new monster really rubs me the wrong way. Other than that, tho, I'm sold.

Mr. Tewart commented on Pojo that they considered Swordsman from a Foreign Land for inclusion as the new card, so we shouldn't expect all new Astral Pack cards to be vanillas, but at the same time they will be all mostly very, not really useful cards (though they could also be some of those cool Instant Fusion targets that are currently OCG-only).

And I agree with River on the Ultras > Ultimates (And Supers > both of those).

Non-Xyz monsters in general look better as ultras, because the gold lettering makes them more imposing or something. Xyz look cool as either supers or secrets, because of the black card.

The rest looks better as a super.

Also, I'm not terribly amused by Astral Packs, since I prefer original rarities/prints anyways xD But I hope they reprint useful stuff, I can't complain if they reprint useful Side Deck cards.

Although, I particularly would like a Mist Wurm reprint. I do have one and don't need another one, but it's unfair that Wurm is so hard to get nowadays. It really needs a reprint. BRD too.
