This week, we will review the worst of the worst Continous spell cards, and have hope for them. Hey look its Arcana!
Also I'm still uncertain over the new CotD format... because it would effectivly make it Cot Week + Friday's card... but it was gonna be something completly diffrent... sigh... we will see if I like how the rest comes out.

Yeah let me just pay 300 lifepoints and shuffle cards until my hands bleed or until I run out of life points!! This card is so awesome people should run three in all decks i can't believe it's overlooked and not a staple in everything!

5/5 usefulness
4/5 is that the guy yugi dueled with the three dark magicians that ended up hating him? Oh well still pretty cool

This card is awesome for a number of reasons.  First off, the opponent will never see a Dragon Queen of Tragic Endings or Hamon play coming since they'll be too busy underestimating this card's ultimate power.  Next, if you're on a time limit like at most tournaments then this card allows you to legally waste time when you're ahead 1-0.

Counters some top-deck play but really, just not very useful.

Though it does cancel that Naturia lock that prevents you from drawing anything new.

Every card has a purpose. This one is no different. What about a malefic deck or an assault mode deck? Could potentially put a card you dont want deeper in the deck. A Hamon focused deck has already been mentioned, so I won't bother there.

I like to shuffle, and its a great counter to those infinite spin decks (where a card is returned to the to of the deck each turn so you can't draw anything new). Also something like plaguespreader... Yeah that's helpful.

3/5 cause it is useful, and does help bring out one of my favorite monsters Hammon.

I give it a 5/5 because I can use it as proof you can't just shuffle your deck whenever you feel like it.

The same kind of person that will likely pull something out of his behind to try to convince you that you actually can, even after you show him this. I have some friends like these. >.>

Not really very good, even as a combo material. The first thing to come to my mind is Convulsion of Nature and another Scrying effects. However, if you're targeting yourself, you can just use Card Trader instead, which will give you almost the same effect with the upside of filtering your draws as long as you don't care about only being able to do it during your Standby. One could argue about Trader's shuffling being a cost and thus extremely vulnerable to MST, but in a combo-oriented deck this probably won't matter much.
The "shuffle your opponent" thing is pretty interesting and very unique amongst card effects which definitely makes it far more desireable from a Johnny standpoint but even then it's pretty useless right now.

All in all, it's an interesting card, but just not worth it.

ADV: 2/10
ART: 7/10 (I like it, but that generic screwy background is just ew)
