Notable Rulings:

-When the opponent draws a card during the Draw Phase because it is the start of his turn, "Drastic Drop Off" may be activated.

So basically you just say.... No card for you..ha ha ha. And there you go. Simple is good.

4/5 cause its simple, no cost, and a counter trap.

Wow say you had all three in your hand at the beginning? Unless your opponent had a god hand in the beginning that would suck!! Gives you basically an extra turn per one you activate. That would in the beginning of a duel make it suck. Or if the duel is late and your opponent really needs his draw and you make him discard it that would suck!

Does this card exist cuz it can't be Friday already! I want three!

This card has existed for years.  The only time I've ever seen a Drop Off used is when the regular Drop Off was used with Dark Scorpions many many years ago.

It has its uses in counter faries too, because it is a costless countertrap

This card is so fun. Counter Pot of Duality or lock them out of a draw phase. The problem is that you lose tempo to do that, but if you've got an advantage engine like Counter Fairies or something similar, it's easily worth it. I really want to someday find a way to make this card work.

imo one of the things that make it so nice is the opponent cannot chain the card they drew if normally possible like they could with regular Drop Off since this is a counter trap.

Oh man I would love to get my hands on three of these. The only deck types I can think of that you wouldn't want to use this against is Dark World & Fabled. Those two might GAIN something worse after its discarded, like maybe you caused the discard of Grapha or Snoww.

This card is not only great in counter fairies.. but a must. Run this in chaos fairies and you got a consistent build; Can trigger Artermis for draw power, use it as a summoning condition for Dark Voltanis... while not quite as game changing as solem would be if we could run it in three's still, its advantage is it'll almost ALLWAYS get used as you can use it on your opponents normal draw, meaning you'll have a guaranteed counter trap activation to which your fairy's can flourish.

Art: 8/10 ~ Deconstructing Gadgets Ftw!
Trad: 4/10 ~ Traps are to slow in traditional.. however possible use's against Pot of greed/charity/other draw shenanigans
ADV: 5/10 ~ In a non counter fairy deck this is nothing more than a 1/1 card.. not a bad card, not great, just okay.
ADV w/ Counter Fairies: 8.5 ~ Very Very usefull.
