Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero" monster from your Graveyard that was destroyed by battle. (Only this card's controller can use this effect.)

Notable Rulings:

-You can Special Summon an "Elemental Hero" monster that was destroyed by battle on any previous turn.

-Activating this card's effect starts a Chain.

-This effect targets the monster to be Special Summoned.

-If an "Elemental Hero" monster is destroyed by battle and removed from play, then returned to your Graveyard by the effect of "Burial from a Different Dimension", etc., you cannot Special Summon it with "Skyscraper 2 - Hero City".

-Only the controller of "Skyscraper 2 - Hero City" can activate its effect.



This week is a tribute to all you 2nd players out there! Is this second skyscraper better than the first?

It's a very good card. Brings back those e heroes that died in battle. Use them to keep defending you lp or use for fusions. That's about it.

3/5 cause yeah. kind of limited but good

I like it since it allows the reuse of Stratos & you can bring back Neos Alius. In todays duels it makes for many good synchro & xyz summons.

Hero City, you need to build your city and you collect coins, produce goods, or collect rewards from completing tasks in the world with your heroes. Disney launched a new social game Ghosts of Mistwood not long ago, but after I play this game several days, I've decided to quit the game. It is not nice as I expected although the graphics and cg look wonderful. It forces me to add too many friends to supply energies.
