I did the settings.ini fix for YVD after noticing I couldn't connect to the server (it would wait a while, then say "ERROR: Timed out" or something like that and the problem is still persisting.
I port-forwarded my router to 6667 for my computer and even tried it without my firewall and the problem is still persisting.
Any help out there?

are you trying to duel or go into the YVD chatroom?
Don't use irc.scrollrack.com use irc.xerocreative.com
by simply typing in /server irc.xerocreative.com

the settings.ini fix is purely for duel server not irc. Do as said above. If you're using mIRC you also type "/server irc.xerocreative.com" or you can goto http://xerocreative.com/?goto=chat
