I altered the YVD file to include a number of my own cards, but for some reason they won't show up in the Deck Builder. Any idea why this might be?

Make sure the format is correct.

I meant to add that it's only 1 or 2 cards that are missing. The format is correct. Would it make a difference if they're numbered 000?

I would avoid only using zeros as values. Some languages use them to represent null values.

Thing is, I have more cards numbered (as in Set number) as 000, but they show up fine.

I am not positive on whether or not that would be an issue, I was only stating it would probably be best to avoid it.

Would you mind posting your additions?

|Mega Man|000|MMZ|Machine/Effect|7||2700|1600|If this card is Summoned while "Dr. Light's Laboratory" is face-up on the field, draw 1 card. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can pay 400 Life Points to add 1 Equip Spell Card from your Deck to your hand OR 1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.|

That's the card. A friend of mine put other cards in there, and now that one shows up, but another one doesn't.

The file also contains the whole TCG, if that would have an effect (like having an over-stuffed file or something).

The problem is the format. You forgot the ATTRIBUTE field. It should look like so;

|4-Starred Ladybug of Doom|88|PSV|Insect/Effect|Wind|3||800|1200|FLIP: Destroy all face-up Level 4 monsters on your opponent's side of the field.|

|NAME|SET#|SETNAME|TYPES|ATTRIBUTE|LEVEL||ATK|DEF|EFFECT/FLAVOURTEXT|

That should not be an issue, or else YVD is going to have some serious issues in the near future.

Ah, thank you. Don't know how I missed that.

EDIT: Although apparently it wasn't fixed. Even after rebooting.

Check if there are any spaces at the end of the card (after the final |) BEFORE a card that doesn't show up. That can stop the following card from showing up.
