[Huck]

A peculiar ZEXAL manga exclusive, its appearance is trivial with a reference to the Black Pearl, but the card belongs to a holographic Duel Monsters monster having the appearance of a crazy corn geezer pirate. While it's not as cool as one would anticipate, this one should convince you otherwise, because Yuma's well convinced that he'll never encounter such nonsense again.

2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 monster your opponent controls with ATK lower than or equal to this card; send that target to the Graveyard, and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This card cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

This is a easy to use Xyz monster who can literally kick the balls of monsters who have the "cannot be destroyed by battle" clause (Metaion/Spirit Reaper/Marshmallon) or those who activate their effects by being destroyed by either battle or card effects (Wind-Up Zenmaines, basically any known searcher such as Mystic Tomato). ATK Decreasers like Burden of the Mighty and Forbidden Lance love the boat as well.

That said, flame on the pirate but be careful. He crazy.

Another card to mention that it can counter is Armityle, an old but great pain in the rump. Sure, its hard to summon, but once out it can lay waste to a number of cards.

And, uh, I love how pointless that "can't attack" drawback is sometimes. If you have 2 Level 4 monsters, you pretty much have a free pass to wreck your opponent before sending something to the Graveyard. Finally, that burn effect is surpisingly great, this card is the only 2xR4 that directly damages your opponent so far and oh did I mentioned this is one of the few generic DARK R4s along with Roach and Maestroke? Yeah. To top it off, he's a Plant to boot.

ART: 5/10 (Uh, it's a ship. Coulda at least make it look, y'know, ghostly or something.)
