I was going to say I liked this but then I realized it only targeted your Xyz monsters... Blah and not enough Xyz monsters are truly worth losing all Xyz material off of just to attack twice. Blah even the 1 strong one that comes to mind, number 30-acid golem of destruction, can't even attack once it loses it's Xyz material.

3/5 cause it is meant only as a finale blow. Otherwise, blah.

I would think this would be good with Gem-Knight Pearl or the new Gaia xyz.  Too bad neither is tcg legal yet, and even then I doubt this card would be run just for a couple of xyzs that aren't as useful as others normally.

@ Eric: Theme is "Cards that allow a monster to attack twice during the same Battle Phase"?

Anyways. I can think only of one thing:

Spoiler

Ahem...

Good for those things that don't have an effect, like the Gem-Knight Pearl on the card picture.

The problem is, IIRC, there are only 2 Xyz monsters in OCG/TCG that doesn't have an use for their materials. And then again, Blade Armor Ninja can perform the exact same thing.

I don't really see an use for this card, other than the cool factor of making a stand pose, yelling manly, stopping time and throwing a swarm of punches to your opponent, letting them know how futile are their efforts.

Traditional: 0/10 Do we have Xyz monsters desirable for Traditional, other than maybe Roach?
Advanced: 4/10 Not useless, but eh. If you really want to double attack, go with Blade Armor Ninja.
Art: 10/10 ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA ORA!!!

This card at first glance seems bleh.. but it actually has alot of potential in decks that multiple XYZ in a turn. Eg: Windups/Gadgets/Deep Sea Diva. The potential to effectivly take out two targets or pretty much deal a megamorph in damage to your opponents life points.. aint to shabby breh

Art[4/5] ~ Gemknight pearl.. nuff said?
Trad[.5/5]
ADV[3.5/5] ~ Not terrible.. but not exactly game breaking.

WRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRY.

Also, Card is decent, use on Gem-Knight Pearl or another XYZ with no effect, profit.

Even though its ability does have its uses, I'd be willing to use it on Number 10: Illumiknight. That would make this card useful for me if I ever decided to use it.

I would rather use it on Utopia than Illumiknight.  Sure he dies when he is attacked, but you don't lose a guy that cost you 3 monsters while giving you draw power, and Utopia's stronger.

Utopia Ray -> Detach 2 to make 3500 ONIGAMI ATTACK!!!

Very situational, but would be funny to see.

With that in mind Utopia ray would be even better if the only reason you summoned him was to prevent losing a monster with 2500 attack.
