I'm gonna keep this short and sweet, for everyone's sake.

The time has come for me to continue my journey.  My time with you guys has been fantastic, but all good things must come to an end.  I am resigning from my position as Global Moderator.  And even more importantly, this might just be the last time that I visit XeroCreative.  I want you guys to know that this has nothing to do with anyone, and given alternate circumstances, I wouldn't come to this decision, ever.

Kenny, please remove my powers.  If you need to explain anything, use your own discretion.

I love all of you.  You guys have become like family to me and I will miss you guys.

I feel like you guys deserve an explanation. Lord knows this is a difficult one to give. I'm going to try to be as factual as I can here.

I'm sure a lot of you were already aware that Celsi has leukemia. For those of you that weren't aware, well now you know.

Celsi has been gone so long because she had a relapse. She's been diagnosed now with Chronic Lymphotic Leukemia, which is basically regarded as incurable. She will need to go through a bone marrow transplant, followed by chemotherapy, in order to treat it.

At this point, she hasn't made up her mind if she's going to go through the treatment or not. Either way, she has decided to separate herself so that she may complete her "bucket list."

And for the non-factual part:

I'm sure we're all wanting to pressure her at this point to go through with the treatment, but I implore you all to respect her wishes here.

I know we haven't met eye to eye... on... just about anything.  I just want you to know that I still remember the conversations we had a couple years ago, and you have inspired my life.  Maybe in another time I would've gotten to know you better.  But I'm glad I got to know you for the short time I did.  I won't forget your advice when I was at the lowest points in my life, and when I relapse, I still remember.  You had more of an effect on my life than you probably realize, and I'm willing to admit sometimes, but that's just how you were on the site.

So, whatever you do with your life.  Do as you told me, and live it to the fullest.  And maybe our paths will cross again someday.

Maybe even on a DS.  Hope you'll trade Pokemon with me again.

Good luck with whatever is happening in your life and I truly wish you the best. You were always a fun spirit to have around here and XC will forever miss that charisma you brought. I hope in time you can return to all of us here, even if it may be only for a short stay. It's a damn shame to see to go, Celsi.  This place is gonna be a lot less cool.  Hopefully one day your and XC's paths will intertwine once again.


EDIT: I wish for you to have the strength to decide what is best for your future, whichever ending that may lead to.  You'll always have a warm and welcome home at XeroCreative.

Dang, we'll miss you Celsi. No one will replace your humor, bewbs, or red hair. I'm glad I got to have a few duels with you. Good luck with whatever you'll be doing in life, and come back to XC every once in a while.

EDIT:

Celsi, my dad had cancer and had to choose between taking chemotherapy and living two more years, or not and dying. He decided not to do it, because it would spare the pain of prolonging the inevitable, and the procedure itself made him horribly sick. So, he didn't and died within a few months.

So, I won't tell you to do or not do the chemotherapy, cause it is painful and long but beneficial. There's nothing wrong with not wanting to suffer through all that pain, and no one wants you to suffer. Do what you feel is best, and know XC supports you.

And, as a final admission, cause I don't know if you'll even get a chance to be here again, I had a grudge against you in the last few months for being so inactive, because I thought a Global Mod should be around more. I didn't know your condition had gotten so much worse, so I'm truly sorry for that.

I really hope this'll just be like last year, when you came back.

Celsi, I don't think i ever actually had a convo with you o_o Trying to think..but just not sure. But still, you seemed like a really nice person, at least from the people I have spoken to ^^ So, I wish you wells on life. Though, would like to see you stop by and say hi sometime o.o

EDIT: Just read DB's edit..I don't know what to say. I'm at a loss for words. You seem like a strong girl though, so keep on fighting and hang tough. You'll always be thought of around here.

Almost feels like I'm going to repeat what was said a year ago.   That still stands, and frankly, you still rank high on the list of people who have come through that I wish I had been able to know better.  Alot of us knew you were fighting, and I guess we were (at least I was) hopeing to full myself into thinking that with you around, could just pretend everything was all right.

But you know what, you go out there, you grab life by the balls, and you squeeze em till it yells your name from the mountain tops!  I think, though, like alot of us this time, we're happy to have a chance to say goodbye on well terms, and part ways mutually.

May life afford to you all you wish from it, and always remember, at any time, you have a family here, and you will be missed.

I'm at loss for words.

This saddens me like you have no idea. Even though we didn't talk as much as I'd have wanted, I consider you one of my dearest XC friends.

Whatever path you take, regarding your situation or anything else, it's your pick. But know that wherever you go miss, I'm backing you up. I'm really glad to have met you, and I'm sure that, one of these days, you'll pop up randomly and say hi. And I'm going to enjoy each and every second of it.

Not only me: we all on XC are gonna miss you. If you could keep in touch, I'd definitely love that, but I wish you the best of luck on any journey you might take, and whenever you need something, we're here for you.

This isn't a goodbye. It's a "see you later". 'Till we meet again miss Celsi.
