Notable Rulings:

woooh i was the first person to view and comment yes! anyways im taking a shot in the dark that this weeks theme is flip effect monsters? well if thats true im sure man eater bug and swarm of scarabs are in it? k well onto this card hmmmm i cant see anyone using this card at all in any current decks. but im sure when this card came out being able to kill the top five cards from your opponents deck was fricken awesome back then

I love this card. In my rfp "banish" deck, this card is a killer. So yeah I love it. Current decks where they work so much out of the grave, this isn't too helpful. In my deck, so very good.

4/5 cause it's useful for some. Just not net Deckers. Ha

Empty Jar's final move... If people didnt like their shiz in the graveyard anyways so much now adays, this card could still be usefull. Unfortunatly sending your cards to the gy is considered a GOOD thing in alot of decks of todays era.

Art 1/5 ~ Its a worm.. with some spikes.. kay.
TRAD 1/5 ~ Just to slow.. and filling your opponents gy with potential Light / Darks? No.
ADV 2/5 ~ Good in empty jar... but thats about it.
