And here at YGO Wikia.
When I saw EARTH support, I exploded.
When I saw Madolces, I exploded twice.
Chouxvalier is totally riding a pony. Which means we already have the greatest card ever printed. Sorry, everything else! (Bonus points for the pony looking suspiciously like Lyra)
Geargias definitely are going to make a hit. While I'm not very interested on them, I'll have to agree that they seem pretty nice, and overall seem powerful while not being OMGWTFBBQBroken. Well, except for Geargiganto, that is, but that seems acceptable because it's fairly generic. Geargiganto will make Machines playable.
The Magical/Book of Spells already piqued my interest. I really don't like Tempel, though. I know she's the strongest card in the whole Deck, but... well, I kinda wish the deck was purely Spell Toolbox, which would be really really interesting. Instead, it seems to be way too much Junon Spam.
I'll definitely look into OOPArts. They seem splashable enough to be able to use as an engine, and powerful enough to be able to not be completely unplayable outside of their own deck. I predict that they will be kinda like TGs, except not as good.
Heroics... TBH, I'm kinda underwhelmed. They do have some neat tricks, like Sword Shield, and Double Lance is very cool. However, Ninjas do Excalibur better, and unless they get some new tricks, they are just going to be forgotten.
And I absolutely LOVE Madolces. They are much better than they seem, and aim for a slow game where both players can and will participate actively. In other words, they are just plain fun, and the exact kind of deck I love.
Also, EARTH SUPPORT! HOLY SHIT! Words can't describe how excited I am to see this! Seriously, this is like the best, Konami. Thank you so very much. Now get to work into Beast-Warrior Support and you'll have all my monies forever.
That's it for the general stuff. Later on, I'll do a quick list on thoughts of individual cards.

On the opposing end though, I love how they added several new archetypes (5?!), all with decent-awesome support and boss monsters. Geargias are gonna pwn shizz. And 9 Xyz Monsters? Epic indeed.
Also, as always, loving the revamped versions of old cards. Though, Freezing Wind/Cold Shiver is the worst card ever xD

But, T.G. Hyper Librarian was released outside of EXVC, so T.G.s weren't limited to one booster. And Malefics appeared in SJ (M-Stardust Dragon) and in the Kaiba DP. Nordics you have a point on though, but that's only 1 other archetype out of numerous packs and years. More importantly, Hieratic Dragons are actually good and have a decent chance at winning a YCS, as long as they side MST appropriately. I mean, it's true that they were likely to receive significantly less support after GAOV, but none at all is shocking.
And, actually, I'd have liked to see more T.G. support. It's shameful that they don't have a Level 1 non-Tuner to play Recipro :/

Rito's Card Thoughts List
I don't give a rat's ass that Trans, The Magical Swordsman is a vanilla. He's the strongest Level 6, he's Spellcaster, and he's just that badass. A callback to a old vanilla noone cares doesn't hurts either. Next, Protector of the Throne please. :3Zexal Weapon - Phoenix Bow... eh, it's OK. I'd still rather use Unicorn Spear, and I probably wouldn't use Unicorn Spear either. At least he's Winged-Beast.
Photon Kaiser is kinda neat. 4000 damage on a card ain't half bad, and Photon Sanc makes it playable. Not much to run it on though, the few Photon decks nowadays runs Skill Drain.
Heroic Challenger Double Lance seems like a very fun card to recycle with Warrior Returns Alive. Nothing else to say tho.
Sword Shield is the other noteworthy card in Heroics. Hand-trap Waboku? Yes please.
Is there any reason for OOPArts Collosal Head to be part of this Archetype? Card is kind of mediocre, and doesn't works on Xyz Monsters. Could be fun with Flip Effects, so I guess that's a start if you want to build OOPArts, but that's it.
OOPArts Crystal Bone is broken one-card Xyz. Considering he doesn't even wastes a NS, he makes TourG look acceptable, and is more than enough to make OOPArts playable.
OOPArts Crystal Skullis... well, also broken toolboxing. Retrieving my Crystal Bones for free? Yeah.
OOPArts Moai is kinda cool. No restrictions here - control a OOPArts, drop Moai. Fast, painless Rank 5 Xyz.
Batel is nutso. Apprentice into free Book of Spell? Eeyup.
Tempel... oh god, Tempel. I love this card because it's so unique and powerful. I also hate this card because she pretty much turned the Magical Archetype into a race to see how many Tempels you can Summon as fast as possible.
Shario is very nice. I could see people adding a few Books in ordinary Spellcasters just 'cuz he's that great.
Madolce Chouxvalier is the best card ever printed forever. Moving on.
Madolce Majouleine is simply the greatest Stratos ever, hands down. Forever and ever, run 3s on Madolces.
Madolce Puddingcess is an interesting card. The more you look at her, the more you can realize her true potential. Since Madolces can recycle themselves for like infinity, Pudding is at worst a repeatable one-for-one with a small LP cost and that costs a Normal (of Mille-feuille, that is
Geargiarmor is freaking insane. Heck, even if it was "when Flip Summoned", it would still be an incredible card. As is, he singlehandedly makes Geargias awesome.
Uniforiais Level 1. Moja is also Level 1. Kinka-Byo is also Level 1 and Beast. I think you see where I'm trying to get with this. Definitely getting some play.
Little Trooper is amazing. He's like a Warrior Apprentice Magician, except Level 1.
Forget about what I said about Trans, Snow Sniper is the most badass card of the set, hands down. The more I look at him, the more badass he becomes.
I came when I saw Block Golem. And, uh, that's all I need to say.
Forget Xyz Summoning, Illusion Snatch is a free 2400 beater that appears out of nowhere whenever you Tribute. That alone makes it awesome.
Despite not being that good, seeing how EARTHs lack Grave control, I really love Earth Spirit God Grand Soil. I really, really do.
Crystal Alien is going to be an staple Level 3, methinks. LIGHT, can't be destroyed by battle and has decent ATK? Not half bad.
Alchemic Magician is really nice, and holy cow you can toolbox any Spell with this! For a quick comparsion, the only card that does that from the top of my head is Dark Sage, and he sucks! I was trying to think of any ways to Xyz this easily, and I just happened to remember that GK Spy exists. Neat.
Unlike Grand Soil, that I love but probably won't play in a serious game, I absolutely LOVE Giant God of the Snow-Capped Mountain and WILL play it like a real friggin' lot! It would be awesome just with that free, no-Level restriction EARTH SS effect, but that added anti-Set Card and the fact that it doesn't needs to send the monster to the Grave just seals the deal for me.
Gagaga Revenge is... playable? Huh! It's actually pretty good! Equip Support coupled with an extra 300 ATK for the lulz? This might actually make Gagagas worth using.
Heroic Chance is kinda nice. Kinda makes me wish Heroics didn't sucked that much.
OOPArts Technology is a weaker Duality that requires set-up, sends a card to the GY and allows you to SS monsters during the turn. It also doesn't costs your left kidney, so hooray.
Madolce Chateau is the best Field Spell ever. Even makes Dragon Ravine look lame in comparsion.
One-Chan! is... weird. Not only because of its name, but because Wikia and Shriek have two completely different drawbacks. Either way, it's a great card, and Level 1 Decks are going to love this.
Rockthrow Area, meet the Rock Bros. Rock Bros, meet Rockthrow Area. NOW KISS!
Stonehenge Method is another card that makes OOPArts good. Monster dies, replace it. Simple and efficient, and the drawback just... well, you probably won't care.
Is it just me, or is Xyz Soul actually pretty good? Recycle a Xyz, +600~800 ATK for everyone until End Phase? And Generation Force just makes it even better.
Purgatory Trap Hole... um... what? How does this even works? Is it a memo for the TCG that we still have priority? I have no idea.
Soul Drain. Do want. Can't do much against today's meta though. :/
Re-Bound is actually very nice. Sure, you probably won't counter a card very oftenly with this, but when it does, it's going to be beautiful. From hand or field? Hell yeah. And you will trigger its second effect oftenly.

It's actually really sad.
Marron was an outstanding and loyal dog who used to always come back home, even when his owner let him out. But, one day, Marron was left at the park. He tried to find his owner, but he never showed up. Marron waited and waited. After time, he became possessed by darkness, driven by the pain of his abandonment (Mad Dog of Darkness). He terrorized anyone who came into the park, only desiring for his owner to return. Time passed and the evil dog died. But, even death couldn't curb his desire to find his owner, and he lived on as an undead creature (Skull Dog Marron). Eventually, in the far off future, Kozaky (or some other scientist monster) found him and made him into Mecha Dog Marron. Even in his artificial afterlife, Marron wanted to find his owner, though he didn't realize this was impossible because his owner had to have perished long ago. Naturia Marron fits in there somewhere, but IDK.
Wanchan?! is interesting, because the story originally comes across as a tale of an abandoned dog. In this case, it seems his owner DID come back for Marron and Marron didn't run to him, which complicates the story. Possibly, one can assume he was abused by his owner or mistreated at home, which led him to run away. But then, it contradicts the lore on Mad Dog and Skull Dog that Marron was waiting for his master's return.
(I enjoy card storylines xD)

Its owner came to search (Wanchan!?).
The 3 forms of marron mentioned actually don't happen on the same timeline. It's more like different ends Marron could face afterwards.
BTW I don't know how many of you know this, but his OCG name is actually a play on words that actually means "Lost Dog Marron"
