i was just watching season one of yugioh and noticed why does he always yell YUGIOH! when he turns into yami yugi  is it like his catchphrase or is there significance in it also feel free to talk about anything in the cartoon in this post:)

4Kids. No, really, the added that to the dub for no good reason, along with many other things and unneccessary changes.

Btw, Yu-Gi-Oh (actually Yuugiou, iirc) is supposed to mean "King of Games" in japanese. This made more sense in the pre-Duelist Kingdom arcs of the manga, where Yugi/Yami would be playing a different game against each opponent, instead of Duel Monsters all the time, winning everything of course. The duel against Kaiba (shown in the first episode of Season 1) was meant to be just one of those many games, but that particular game became so popular the series shifted to focusing everything on Duel Monsters.

^ Yeah what he said. Anyway, I wish they'd have shown like mini story arcs between the major duel arcs featuring some of the stories from season 0. I loved the feel of season 0 where it really solidified their friendship as well as showing them as just normal kids (except Yugi/Atem) as well as showing more games than duel monsters. Right now CW4Kids is showing Capsule Monsters as happening before the Egypt World storyline, I wanted to see the egypt storyline badly but I like that they did this, makes it feel like Yugi and the gang went on many more adventures than just against the usual ones. I think they should have made more stuff like Capsule Monsters.

ok then kinda figured that well if they were going to add that at least have a reason for it. I though that capsule monsters might not be as good as the duel monsters but im really started to like it. Also what would be fricken AWESOME to be able to do to someone is to be able to mind crush people like yugi can
