Yeah, the stats suck, but the burn effect is surprisingly awesome (even if very situational) and many decks could fit this card in 'cuz Level 8s aren't that hard to find. For decks light on Extra Deck, this could be a nice little addition just for the potential of burning your opponent so very much so fast.
Dark Worlds in particular will find some uses for this, since they can just spam Grapha, don't pack much removal not named Grapha and the burn can easily end the game.
I'll have to add that this card is a mix of situational and weak. IMO, we already have better Xyz hate, in the form of the severely underrated Tentempo. I don't think it would be
that bad to have it destroy any monster while retaining the very same burn effect, considering the main use of this card seems to be pushing for game anyway.
But yeah, while situational... in the unlikely case your opponent has 2 Xyz not named Zenmaines or GachiGachi and a slightly decreased LP, this card
will earn you the game.
