I have 3 decks which i have used outside of this site. i just joined not too long ago and recreated 2 of my 3 actual decks.
but when i went to create the 3rd. none of the cards are available. The deck is based around the Watt monsters. and i can not seem to find any of them. Is there a reason for this? why are they not available? if not does anyone know of where i can post to ask why?

Try updating your sets by click on the "Update Sets" button at the top-left side of the Deck Shop (that place where you edit your decks). Make sure you select TCG and then click on "Check For Updates". If the updater finds an update, click on "Install Updates".

I updated it. and downloaded the update from this website to see if it just wasn't working properly. after all the being said and done. all the watt cards are just missing.

Are other cards missing from the sets they are Included?

I would suggest attempting to update once again, I just updated my setfile, and it does include 25 'Watt' cards. If it still does not work for you, I can upload a copy of my setfile.
