March Deck of the Month Winner!

Joostdegrote (aka Cheese) is our March Deck of the Month Winner! His deck was nominated by you, the XeroCreative community, and voted for by...well...you get the point. His deck "Eccentric Boy stands out. And he does it well." takes the utility of Eccentric Boy and uses it to easily summon Stardust Dragon/Assault Mode.

Below is Cheese's deck and his explanations:

So. This deck is smacked together with cards that nobody wants and dumps. So outside of the Extra deck, you wont have any trouble getting this for under 30 dollars, I guess.
Oh. The deck is Semi-Competetive. I have tested it against some decks, like Dark Worlds, Wind-ups and Inzektors, and somehow its 6-1. Weird, eh?
So. Here's the deck.

25 Monsters;
Level 3 Tuners:

3 Eccentric Boy <-- Easy way to get a Stardust :3
3 Psychic Commander <-- Double Emergency Teleporter? Well. This is the thing to go on, I suppose.
3 Fire Ant Ascator <--- Oracle of the Sun and this silly Ant make love.. untill.. the sun goes down/up, I guess? Allows for the Incas dragon, wich has a nice effect
1 Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind <-- It's good. It's a level 3 Tuner. That's all.

Level 5 Non-Tuner stuff:
3 Thunder Dragon <-- Ditch one to grab 2 others. Works great with Eccentric Boy.
1 Interplanetarypurplythorny Dragon <-- Level 5 guy thingy. and his name is rediculous. Just plain stupid.
1 Oracle of the Sun <-- BABY WHEN THE LIGHTS GO OUT! I SEE YOU FALLING~. (Just thought of that for no particular reason.)
3 Cyber Dragon <-- Cant believe I forgot this card before. Stupid me.

Other stuff.
3 Assault Beast <-- Search Assault Mode Activate. No more explaination needed.
1 Morphing Jar <-- Refresh that hand. You'il need it.
2 Stardust Dragon-Assault Mode <-- Who would have guessed that I'd run this card? I certainly did.

11 Spells!
3 Instant Fusion <-- Helps getting a level 5 monster on the field to go for the Synchro.
3 Magical Mallet <-- Gets rid of dead Thunder Dragons/ Stardust/Bustermode.
1 Pot of Avarice <-- Cause we like to recycle it all.
1 Exchange <-- Your hand is always useless to your opponent. Even if you DO have something usefull, just play it first. Also lets you get a nice peek of your opponents deck.
2 Emergency Teleport <-- Yep. Easy Tuner.
1 Card Destruction <-- Hand refreshing. I am not really fond of running this card with Dark Worlds out there, but it works.
1 Monster Reborn <-- Because.. Just because when sometime goes wrong, I can re-do it.

3 Traps!
3 Assault Mode Activate <-- Yeahh... I'm not going to bother explianing this in detail.

Extra Deck!
Level 5 Instant Fusion targets;
3 Ojama Knight <-- Doesn't get hit by BTH, so that's a yay.
1 Pragtical <-- Uhm. Instant Fusion Target. Stuff. Yay.

Other Level 8 Synchros.
1 Avenging Knight Parshath <-- With uhm. Cyber Dragon/Oracle = Yay?
1 Black-Winged Dragon <-- Anti-Burn.
1 Colossal Fighter <-- For when all your opponent does is beatsticking.
1 Red Dragon Archfiend <-- Beatstick?
1 Scrap Dragon <-- Beatstick + Removal?
3 Stardust Dragon <-- Obviously ran in triples.
