Gren's Thoughts » I never really dipped into Lorwyn that much, so I have no idea how great this guy is, but if what I'm gathering here correctly, this card can pretty much lock an opponent using a various set of cards. It also seems really annoying as fuck, considering it's blue.

I think it's just normally played as hand disruption  + a 3/1 flying body both of which you get at instant speed.

I don't know much about Lorwyn either, but I heard that the ETB trigger, Faerie/Blue+Black support and Champion shenanigans make so that this thing here will trigger a metric fuckton of times. That coupled with that crazy cost (seriously, a cheap, Flashing and Flying Blue beater?), incredible typing and the fact that you can target yourself makes some of my pals that did played during Lorwyn cringe whenever this card is mentioned.

Saying that people don't like this card is a severe understatement, is what I'm trying to say.
