Eh, so it only works to Reborn a monster destroyed... and only by battle? And this is dead against Macro? Yeah, I've seen better time machines on my time.
It really works best with cards whose effects trigger when SS'd. Stratos, Sacred Crane, Blastfan. This kind of stuff. It's still not that great either, because of Semi'd CotH.

It's funny, however, that you can Special Summon your opponent's monsters as well, but to your opponent's side of the field. Um, okay. Can't think of many uses for this, except keeping a hole in your opponent's defenses with a weak monster. But then again, The Fool + Creature Swap works just much better.

If you take control of an opponent's monster and it dies by battle, you can special summon it back to your side, as well,
But overall, CotH is just better.

Ah yes, true. For some reason, I oftenly forget about the list's Unlimitings. Probably due to the fact that the first list rumors didn't mentioned them. :/

this is infact really good in those control decks where you take your opponent's monsters quite often, but if you use something like brain control to ram into another powerful monster, you can use time machine and bring it back and not have to give it back to your opponent. there are ways to abuse this, but you'll have to figure out ways. I like the stealing their monster and not giving it back type move though.

3/5 cause it's only when destroyed by battle.... so ehh
