Well that ends this week.

Not something you expected huh? From hence forth, I declare Fridays "Freaky Fridays" (I know not very original). Fridays will be a day where you can explore your inner creativity and bring something new. Fridays will feature OCG (Official Card Game), CCG (Created Card Game), and others you won't expect (It might still include current cards, but it won't be what you expect). Your mission: Discuss this cards effect and how it could affect todays game, or post some interesting combos.

It would be useful only after a Battle Fader in a stall deck...
Too situational anywhere else.

3/10

A different-but-still-kinda-nerfed Scrap Scarecrow (not really Fader 'cuz Fader SS's himself - Scarecrow is a fair comparsion). Assuming this could be activated at the Damage Step, this is a Scarecrow that works better with small swarms. One works only if your field is empty, while the other one needs something on the field at the Battle Phase to be destroyed. One might say that keeping a field empty is easier than keeping it full, but I'm not here to judge.
Either way, he has a much better body - 1300 LIGHT Spellcaster is kinda neat, esp. with Xyz Monsters growing popular and the Plant Engine gone. Not much to say though, both Scarecrow and this are both inferior to Fader.
But what would really kill this card's usefulness today is Dark Hole existing - Literally every deck has a card that can make this obsolete. If it was just removal monsters and the situational Smashing and Fissure, then OK. As-is on this format, it's a no-no.

EFF: 5/10
ART: 6/10 (Most Anime cards have an uninspiring art... this is no different, and has a fat guy on top of it as well :P)

Ah an anime original card, this looks fun.

This card has some uses, it could be used in conjunction with Night Assailant to destroy a card then end the battle phase, then you have the perfect set up to drop Black Luster Soldier next turn if you have it in hand.  It's also a spellcaster, so cards like Magical Dimension could be used to get rid of it if you do normal summon it and destroy a card as well.

Also quick fun fact, an Arbitrator is a person who settles disputes, so the cards name and effect fit almost perfectly.

Traditional: 4/10, It's a good card but there are just other cards that are more worthy to be in other decks like Chaos.
Advanced: 5/10, Could be used in some decks mainly Chaos and Stun varients. It could also be used in any deck that focuses on Rank 3 Xyz's.
Art: 5/10, Looks kind of Kingy, if thats even a word.  The art is alright, definately a anime original art!

P.S. Is that Yusei's glove I see, I could have sworn he used the card once.

interesting. you kill my monster, no more attacking this turn. simple and to the point. it could be useful for other reasons too, but ehh. not really much to say without trying to compare it to another card where this card is actually different enough to use it with the others... so yeah.

3/5 cause you'll still end up losing a monster and possibly life, but nowhere near as much as you could.
