Gagaga Girl

-The "-" Effect is treated as an effect of the Special Summoned Xyz Monster.

-The effect that reduces ATK to 0 targets.

Also, I don't like how you have to have a face up Magician to use Gagaga Girl's effect. I really don't. It's nice, but not when you have a turn between them.

Magician's Circle can grab them fairly easily, and there's always summoner/mystic tomato.

But after you get them both out you have such a large variety of Exceeds to get, which is really powerful considering Magi Magi.

If I were to rate them tough, Gagaga Magician would be higher, since it's somewhat splashable. Although Gagaga Girl does have the second effect, which is actually fairly strong, and can catch people off guard.

Not really feeling the gagaga's, these are sorta easy to summon with all the many ways, especially being dark and spellcaster, but it's dependable. You need G-Girl and G-magician and of course there's that Xyz which is what they were made for. I would have liked to have see them Xyz capable but able to fit into other deck builds, and G-Magician can't even be used for sync. It's so so to me, but obviosuly usable for the specific build it's made for.

Gagaga Magician is splashable in Chaos - Chaos Sorcerer + Gagaga = Rank 6 - and there are lots of nifty tricks you can do with him. Gagag Girl is much more combo based, but there are enough cards to search and summon both of them that it's actually a fun combo-based deck. Not up to scratch with the current crop of +1s that are circulating through play, but nice nonetheless.

Those who say that Gagaga Magician isn't a good card needs to learn their Yugimonz. Level 4 DARK Spellcaster with 1500 ATK really couldn't be better stat-wise. The fact that he can't be used as a Synchro Material by no means is a real drawback, but manageable and really reasonable considering his effect.
The first thing that comes to mind is "derp, he's good for Xyz Summons!". But he's also excellent with pretty much anything that involves Levels. For example, I still remember how I mentioned once that his effect makes him perfect for Ritual Summons as well, which allows you to either max his Level for a one-card Summon or reduce it to get as many Djinns as possible on a single Ritual, as well as giving your typical Ritual.dek Xyz Summoning capabilities.


And then there's Gagaga Girl. Long story short: Summon ALL the Xyz! She has none of the limitations of Magician, so go nuts. She's also pretty good stat-wise, being a Limit Reverse target and all, as well as Level 3, DARK Spellcaster, but still she's more of a narrow combo card. Much less splashable, but at least you can use her without worries on a Synchro-oriented deck. She's powerful alright, but what I really really want is more Gagagas to make her second effect actually useful.

um girl is gonna get alot more powerful, there seems to be more gagaga's on the way, and her + a gagaga monster + xyz so...

The Gagaga Duo are great in my opinion.  I made a deck based on them threw in a few Mystic Tomato's for consistency and some Magician's Circles as well,  it made it easy to get both of them out in a few turns.

The duo are amazing for making cards like Magi Magi Magician Girl and other higher Level Xyz's and with Girl's second effect thats just an added bonus.  Not to mention they are both Dark monsters so that opens them up to cards like Allure of Darkness, Creeping Darkness and Dark Eruption to name a few and Dark Armed Dragon could be run in a deck with them, they could also be used in a Chaos Xyz deck for added power.  Oh did I mention that they are Spellcasters also?  That means they have so much more support in that way AS WELL AS the new Gagaga spell/trap support for them and other spellcasters.... good lord lol.

Gagaga Magician:

Traditional: 5/10, Maybe, it would need some work but hey thats what testing is for!
Advanced: 7/10, With more support and members coming to the Archetype in the future the Gagaga archetype could be one of the leading forces in Xyz's.
Art: 7/10, Dark Magician of the future!!!! Pretty cool looking, the thing with the chains is kinda wierd but hey Japan isn't known for being normal!

Gagaga Girl:

Traditional: 5/10, Pretty much the same as Magician.
Advanced: 5/10, As much as I love the cards effect, without a face up Gagaga Magician it cannot change it's level.  It can still be used for Rank 3's, but you also can't use its ATK lowering effect unless its Xyz material with another Gagaga monster.  Overall a good card but needs to have Magician to unleash its full potential.
Art: 9/10, Dark Magician Girl of the future!!  Just like how DMG made a lot of people watch the Yu-gi-oh! anime, I'm pretty sure this is going to be another good reason to watch Zexal.  I do like the modernization of the card, instead of a wand she has a cell phone, future witches unite!!!

ehhh. nice for xyz summons. Magician would've been too good for synchros.... like was said, we need more gagaga's to make girl that much better. girl only works if magician is on the field, so i wouldn't be surprised that other gagaga's had some effect where they are treated as magician while on the field or something, like harpie lady 1,2, 3, and queen, but better more like queen and not like 1,2,and3... lol

magician 4/5 cause he'll get out practically any xyz monster. so that's great. just need some other monster.

girl 3/5 cause she needs magician for the combos.
