I recently changed my username but when I log in it forces me to use my old username, "unstopable."
That is the correct spelling of the old username despite the word itself not being spelled correctly. Can any of you higher-ups tell me why this is?

Yeah. When you create your account, you register with a username and password. Then, you create a Display Name which everyone in the forum sees.

Your Display Name would be Gearfried the Omnipotent. You have to log in as Unstopable, but everyone will see Gearfried, and only Gearfried, so the only person the username matters to, is you.

Judging from what you've said, I think you changed your display name. I don't think it's possible to change your username, though if it is really bothering you, an Admin will be more than happy to help. :)

Just confirming that this is correct. Username =/= Display Name.
