I've been working again.

Thanks to the wonderful mind of H.G. Wells (this feels so weird, stop changing your goddamn name), a few things have been rearranged, renamed, etc.

The first and most important change:
The XeroCreative Site News forum no longer has a space between "Xero" and "Creative." I know you guys all wanted that so badly, amirite?

The Blogs forum has been promoted! It no longer is just a subforum under the Community section. It is now its own forum just underneath Off Topic. Show it some love, folks.

You'll notice a few topics have been moved to the Zone of Games forum, including the "Guess that Card!" topic from Yugioh Gen Discussion. This is because they were becoming an easy outlet for XCBux without any actual discussion going on. That and, well, they were pretty much games anyway.

The Tournaments forum has been renamed to "Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Events" to help broaden its scope a bit. It's now there for tournaments, wars, and whatever else you guys use your Pokemons for.

IRC Clans has been renamed to Teams and Clans to help promote forum users to create teams/clans of their own. You guys are now all bunched up together. Enjoy.


There's also one more big one, but I'm gonna save that one for later, as it's not quite ready yet.

And I'm guessing you're nearing completion of the bunches of changes you've been working on, since I see this mostly being just sort of tidying up stuff.  Either way, thanks for all the effort, DB.

Not really. I have a lot of stuff to do, my focus just changed a bit. I'll keep getting other things rolling around here too.

Also: unofficial statement, but the XC Awards are going to happen, they're just on delay at the moment.

The entire point of them is to get something back out of posting.

2 per post makes it meaningless to post as much as you normally would have while it's at 1 because people will just sit there and spam a topic 13 times, get a Scratch Off, then continue to spam a topic.

Plus we'd kinda sorta nudge ya with the hammer before you'd even get a chance to get to 13.

With it at 1, you'd have to make 25 different posts as opposed to 13, and by then, people would slowly begin to start cranking out more meaningful posts, and thus actually contributing more to conversation.

And yes, I'm sleepy, so this might not make any sense whatsoever.

Bottom line is, I doubt that DB would ever increase the amount of XCBux gain from posts, unless it was some kind of site event such as XC's Birthday, which again I'd doubt.

Hmm. I've been thinking about making an unusual blog on here (I've been toying around with the idea); perhaps I should try it out soon.
