The way I see this... it is a full loss situation with the approval of both. Loss for the users of internet, and for the congressmen as well. Because they will realize it is a loss situation with those laws. As someone said here, the problem is more with the culture set in people.

Congressmen, just understand, it is a full loss situation and won't help anyone. It would kill internet actually.
