Why do Xyz monsters look like Fusion monsters on the YVD? Are you using that as a placeholder until you can make them the appropriate color? Is it a programming error? I'm just curious is all.

It's not an error, they're colored as fusions as a placeholder.
As to why, I couldn't tell ya. That's for someone that actually has something to do with YVD to tell ya. I stopped using the program ever since my laptop fried.

It's because YVD can't handle Xyz as a monster type like it can fusion so untill theres a patch, or YVDx, this is how they are handled.

Yeah, basically people got tired of waiting for Xyz monsters, and continued pressure from DN getting them before us, we kinda just put them there as Fusions. The YVD crowd does tend to be more knowledgeable, so no issue was really viewed from doing so. If we were to wait for a patch or the next YVD, we still wouldn't have anything from Generation Force (or whatever pack kinda signaled in the era of Zexal).

Is there an auto-update feature for this program? I can't find it...
And, last and most important: When is MagiMagi Magician Girl going to be added to the card list?

No. Xyz are listed as Fusions because YVD wasn't updated to include Xyz yet. It obviously shouldn't change the game rules. o_o
We update the .set file only, to add more recent cards.
Images must be downloaded manually (/stealth propaganda <.<).
As soon as she gets TCG legal, like any other card.
