Once per turn, you can reveal 1 Monster Card from your hand to your opponent to increase this card's Level by the Level of the revealed monster until End Phase.

WIND Spellcaster with extremely easy Level manipulation and no restrictions at all? And that can be SSed by Apprentice Magician? Yes please.

Nope Rito, I thought the same thing too. Doesn't he look like Link a bit (elf ears)? I mean, if you listen to him in Zexal, he sounds almost like Link when he says "Haaa!"

Anyway, this card is pretty awesome. I mean, Rank 5 Synchros really aren't much of a problem to bring out with cards like him and Gagaga Magician around. Actually, Spellcaster Xyz could gain popularity.....

Art: 3/5, Yuma does have some better looking cards *cough* Gagaga girl *cough*
Creativity: 4/5
Usefulness: 4/5, Xyz looks better with each set

2/5.

Waste of a normal summon and doesn't have the stats to survive a turn.

You aren't supposed to normal summon him most of the time, as his low level and attack allows him to be special summoned in a multitude of ways.

art 3/5. Its ok. Could have been a bit more detailed with a decent background.
usefulness 4/5. Qualifies for a lot of support and special summoning in addition to being able to adjust its level for the cost of revealing a card.
The only reason this doesn't get a higher score is because its effect isn't spectacular, just very good.

Xyzs are what it's all about with Full Elf; drop Cyber Dragon / Vice Dragon / Oracle of the Sun / Quickdraw Synchron, then use this thing's effect for an easy Rank 5. Granted, Wind-Up Soldier has an advantage in not needing another monster in the hand to go for the Rank 5 with one of the aforementioned Special Summons, but Full Elf is more versatile. Obviously you're not going to use your Normal Summon on it unless you have Ultimate Offering in play, however.

Traditional: 0/10
Advanced: 8/10
Artwork: 7/10

BTW, Huck, you need to start posting new cards a LOT more often.
