not sure how or why... but it said i was permanently banned for flooding as soon as i tried to log in. anyone know what the deal is?

The ISP was banned because someone was evading with it by abusing the dynamic IPs it gives out. As it happened recently, I am unable to remove the ban at this time.

the problem persists. so does this mean i'll be unable to use IRC for awhile? kinda a bummer, i just joined XC... oh well. thanks for your help.
