In Regards to Abuse Reports...
From this point on, if you have an abuse report to file, do NOT post a topic in the IRC Chat help forum. It basically just results in deconstructive feedback that is not needed for these types of things. If you wish to file an abuse report against one of our staff, please PM me directly on the forums and it will be dealt with in private. I will also invite any parties involved in the report.
This is for privacy reasons as well. I don't need these types of topics in a public forum. Any further topics will be deleted (not locked) without resolution.
Thank you for your cooperation.
In Regards to Gline Complaints...
If you have been glined, in your gline message you will be provided with an email address in which to contact in order to contest your gline or get more information. Though we encourage all our staff to use proper contact information in their glines, there are some circumstances where some do not. (Like bots for instance.) If this is the case, you may post about it and we will look into the situation accordingly. DO NOT POST IF YOU ARE GIVEN THE PROPER INFORMATION AND ARE LOOKING TO COMPLAIN.
IRCops will generally only use glines as a deserving method of extreme punishment. Meaning 9/10 times the person deserves it. If you feel it is undeserved, then you may email the IRCop and contest it. Please remember to include your Gline Number, IRC nickname and gline message when you're emailing the person who glined you. Also, you should include the reason why you are contesting it in the first place. If you do not include this information your email will be ignored.
Please allow at least 3 days for a response. IRCops lead busy lives outside of IRC and may not have time to answer every email immediately. If you do not receive a response, the IRCop probably felt as though the gline was self explanatory and one was not needed. If this is the case, wait for it to expire.
If the ban is not expiring after a significant amount of time, you're not getting a response and you feel the gline was completely unjustified, you may make an abuse report. To do this, email xerocreative@gmail.com and include all relevant logs/screenshots. Again, DO NOT POST ABUSE REPORTS IN THE IRC CHAT HELP FORUM.
Remember, if you follow rules, this situation can be avoided altogether. Beginning January 1st, 2011, all abuse reports or gline complaints posted in this section will be removed instead of responded to.

Update: This applies to other members as well. PM me whatever you have. I may or may not reply with my findings depending on the situation.

Update: ALL ban appeals and such are to be sent directly to me via PM if talking with the OP that banned you doesn't result in an agreeable solution. Posting them here will just get them locked without response; repeated topics will result in forum suspension and loss of appeal.
