Feb 28, 2009 - Moved n00bdragon to Global Moderator and added Huck as Local Moderator.
May 3, 2009 - Updated IRC staff positions. Not completely finished yet.
June 16, 2009 - Updated new administration, moved some IRC positions, removed Atilla and Lightie from local mod list.
Nov 14, 2009 - Removed Woltarr from Local Mod List and added Satanic Goku as a Local Mod.
Jan 5, 2011 - LightChaos updates names and positions
April 5, 2011 - Updated a few names, WIP
