When an Effect Monster is Summoned: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; negate its effects on the field, and if you do, increase this card's ATK/DEF by its Level x 200 until your End Phase. Each time your opponent Summons a monster or activates a Spell/Trap Card, decrease the ATK/DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 100 and increase your LP by 100 immediately.
